All SSIS members are happy and ready to assist whoever comes into our office. We sell lots of products and have extensive training on a variety of topics relevant to peer support. Sometimes, we might not have the product or the resources a community member needs, in which case we are happy to find someone who does! There are so many resources on- and off-campus that we can turn to because of their abilities, knowledge, products, and services. Here are some of our favorites!
PARC
The Prevention, Advocacy & Resource Center (PARC) is a confidential resource for the Brandeis community. They provide education, support, and empowerment for anyone impacted by violence, including sexual assault, sexual harassment, dating/domestic violence, and stalking. PARC, focuses on both prevention and support -- working to create a safer, more compassionate campus for everyone.
The Health Center
The Brandeis Health Center is a confidential resource available to support both Graduate and Undergraduate students. Pad
Period Activists at 'Deis (PAD) fights for menstrual justice and seeks to uplift the voices of all people who menstruates. PAD strives to facilitate access to menstrual products and education, dismantle the menstrual stigma, and advocate for policies that protect the rights of people who menstruate.
